This statement is made for and on behalf of Dingbro Limited pursuant to Section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 (the “Act”) and constitutes our Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement (“Statement”) for this financial year.

Dingbro Limited supply and distribute motor vehicle parts and accessories. We are committed to preventing slavery or human trafficking in any aspect of our business or supply chain. We have undertaken an assessment of the risks of slavery or human trafficking and reviewed our existing business policies and procedures to ensure that the preventive measures are appropriate and proportionate to the level of risk.

Our Recruitment and Selection policy requires all potential employees to provide evidence of entitlement to work in the UK and we ensure all employees receive no less than the minimum wage as advised by the government.

We require suppliers to be compliant with the Act and hold regular review meetings with them to monitor and audit performance. We require our suppliers to pay the National Living Wage.
